MICROSTRUCTURE EVOLUTION OF CORRUGATED INTERFACE 304/Q345R ROLLING-COMPOSITE PLATE

A new method for the composite rolling of 304/Q345R was explored in present study. The interface plate studied using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electron-backscatter diffraction (EBSD). results showed that formed with corrugated connections, increasing length interface. Furthermore, elongation relative to original wave horizontal were 29.43 % 59.12 %, respectively. became 3D ripple from traditional 2D plane. In EBSD analysis, strain energy at large, especially wave-waist position, indicating position had large deformation degree. This is beneficial oxide broken hardened layer conducive complex.
